Sweepstakes Program & Sales Support
Organize and maintain monthly Sweepstakes body of work
Ensure the monthly reports are completed on time.
Create efficiencies in monthly process.
Run reports for drawing, choose winner, contact winners and explain FSP relationship with their credit union.
Prepare affidavits for each credit union winner, receive signed affidavit, order the Visa gift card, send gift card to winner or to the Field Rep for presenting to the winner.
Prepare affidavits for audits when necessary.
Manage Sales Operations/Company incentive program for contests and awards for Sales and sweepstake winners.
Track and log debit cards/payments from bank to ensure reconciliation with bank records.
Keep a current monthly Excel spreadsheet, documenting award winners and chargeback information for the accounting department.
Prepare field monthly meeting correspondence and awards which support the meeting as required by the area manager.
Communicate to internal customers regarding priorities, deadlines and outcomes.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail daily.
Work within a team and independently.
Impart creativity.
Perform general office tasks including word processing, scanning, processing paperwork, verifying data, scanning, etc.
Foundation Committee
Support the FSP Foundation Advisory Committee and carry out the mission of the Foundation to provide essential resources to help enrich the lives of children and families including health and human services along with education in our communities.
Coordinate subcommittee for fundraising for the FSP Foundation (new donor solicitation).
Provide tools for the Advisory Committee to assist them in researching potential grant recipients.
Assist Advisory Committee to complete work for the Foundation.
Arrange meetings with Advisory Committee members individually or in groups to assist them in making informed decisions.
Research and evaluate potential organizations for funding.
Project a passion and enthusiasm for the Foundation.
Engage and interview with potential recipients by providing background and goals of the Foundation; follow-up calls when necessary.
Evaluate all incoming Foundation applications for content and to ensure tax information is current.
Ensure all Foundation applications are in compliance with our guidelines.
Send potential applications for a committee vote to all Advisory Committee members.
Develop product material for meetings, communications, employees, and Senior Officer requests.
Oversee the process of PR materials developed by marketing department
Meet with Senior Officers to review and seek approval for grants, team members, and next practices.
Manage the Public Relations advertisements for grant recipient.
Prepare end-of-year thank you letters to include tax information for all donors.
Arrange regularly scheduled meetings.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum two years project development, administrative experience, organizational or equivalent work experience.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Charitable fundraising or foundation experience a plus
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school equivalent
PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Associates or Bachelors Degree
